Cadence cannot act as the executor for you. We do not provide accounting, financial, or legal advice. We give information on what to do, but we cannot open or close bank accounts, transfer property, file tax returns, or complete legal applications. We can compete some notifications on your behalf, but you will need to follow up with institutions and providers. The executor or administrator of the estate is also responsible for providing Cadence with the information required by the third-parties you are notifying.
